Harissa sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 cup dried birds-eye chilies

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp ground cumin

4 garlic cloves

½ tsp salt

2 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the chillies for 30 minutes in hot water.

Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until it has turned into a paste, add water if needed.
