Tasty profiteroles with custard cream. Very simple cooking.

My way of cooking profiteroles( eclairs) with custard cream. Unreal simple to make. It’s million times better than those we buy at the stores. Surprise your family and friends with such a delicious treat.

Ingredients : Dough: Flour - 160 gm Butter - 100 gm Eggs - 4 Salt - 1/4 tsp Water - 1 cup

Cream: Milk - 500 gm Eggs - 4 Sugar - 200 gm Flour - 40 gm Vanilla Sugar - 5 gm

Combine Flour, Butter, Eggs, Salt, Water. Place saucepan on a fire. Add water, salt, butter, flour. Cook it on a medium fire mixing all the time. Take it out of the plate. Cool down a bit before adding eggs. Add them one by one.

Make balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet. Bake it for 40 min. 360 F.

Cream: Combine Eggs and sugar. Add vanilla sugar, flour and milk. Place it on a medium fire and mix it all the time until our cream is ready.
