Is there a list of simple, healthy, 'staple' weeknight dinner recipes?

I was never taught to cook when I was growing up. Now that I am an adult, I find it difficult to find everyday run-of-the-mill recipes that are healthy and simple to make.

When I search Google for these types of recipes, I invariably come across recipes that take a long time, require too many ingredients, are very unhealthy ('Just add 4 tablespoons of butter!'). Most of these recipes come from blog sites where they want to 'wow' their visitors with new and exciting recipes, which is exactly what I do not want; I want the tried and true, simple, everyday recipes.

I would like to find recipes for the meals that the average person was taught when they were growing up. Recipes like 'Chop up a squash, add olive oil and salt, throw it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes'.

Is there a list of recipes like this on the internet?
