Bought way too much milk -what's your favorite (non-cheese, non-pudding) recipe

Mis-translated a recipe from French to English and ended up buying two extra pints of milk. I live abroad so making cheese isn't an option due to milk treatment and lack of cultures, etc. I'm also hope to not just make gallons of pudding and custard...

What is your favorite recipe that uses a large amount of milk?
