So I'm not really sure what to call this dish, but it's delicious anyway.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium-large onion
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbs vegetable oil
- ¾ cup water
- 4-5 tbs curry powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ tsp paprika
- 5-6 small bell peppers
- 5-6 peeled baby carrots or 1 large carrot
- 1 ½ cup greek yogurt
- 2 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
