Ingredients:
1 cup powdered milk 3 eggs 1/4 tbsp preparing powder 1 kg milk 6 green cardamoms 1/2 cup sugar almonds and pistachios as required Sterling silver leaf for decorating
Cooking Method:
Blend powdered milk , eggs and yeast in a bowl .Manipulate in a delicate batter(dough) and leave for 30 minutes . Make little batter balls. Boil milk in a pot and include the green cardamom and sugar to it . At the point when the sugar has totally broken down , include the milk balls and stew for 5-7 minutes . Hack the pistachios and almonds and drizzle on top. Garnish with sterling silver foil. Now you can enjoy your yummy Rasmalai.
