So I'm going to make some savoury mince (a staple here in Australia) but I want to mix it up by smoking it. I'm not sure where to get my flavour base from, can anyone help?
I have 3 lb of beef mince, 2 lb of pork, this will be getting smoked with Apple to get the smokiness but will probably cook it more on the stovetop. I can't envision a rub that would work great, and I'm not even sure what else I should put into it. Any suggestions or recipes?
