Hellllllo Reddit Users. Since spring time finally seems like its here to stay in the northeast, I was hoping to break out my new smoker this weekend (cheap offset smoker COS). Looking to start out with something inexpensive and figured I'd attempt at smoking some chicken low and slow. Any tips, idea, or recipes?
