So I saw this Facebook video where they did this brownie in a cup recipe, but did it in a more complicated way. So since I have the Baker's corner fudge brownie mix just sitting there, I decided to see if I can make a quick brownie since I'm a lazy bastard.
So I filled half a regular mug with the brownie mix, threw in an egg, a table spoon and a half of water, some coconut oil, and I mixed it. Heated it up in the microwave for 2 minutes and voilà! Brownie in a cup, it may not be the best recipe, but for me it was exactly what I needed:)
