[Request] Can anyone find the Horn & Hardart applesauce cake recipe?

My MIL, who grew up with Horn & Hardart made an applesauce cake for Easter from a recipe she found on the internet - which was not the original Horn & Hardart recipe. We have looked in vain trying to find it - anyone have any good resources?
