So I'm trying to put some weight on (both muscle and mass), but between stomach issues and the stimulants I take for ADHD I have a very difficult time eating a lot of food at once. And since I'm a pretty busy college guy without time to eat/make food every few hours, I barely get enough calories to maintain my weight, let alone gain. I have a protein shake once a day or so but that's not too many calories and can also be rough on my stomach.
I'm planning on investing in a decent blender so I can whip up shakes easily and get more calories into my diet, so I'm hoping to get some recipes for high-calorie shakes that won't break my body. I'm also lactose-sensitive but no other allergies. Fruits and veggies are welcome but I would also like some carbs/proteins cuz the main goal is to put some weight on.
