[Request] I bought a lb of really, really nice thick-cut bacon...

...what can I make with it that has bacon as the main ingredient? I already did BLTs, which were amazing, but seems too obvious. Everything I find via the Googles is just random dishes but with bacon added. Dish out yer suggestions!
