So I don't generally eat red meat except for the very occasional hamburger. However, at nine months pregnant, I'm severely low in iron and the supplements make me sick. I want to pick up some steaks to cook for myself to help my iron levels.
I don't care about getting the very best since I probably won't be able to tell the difference. However, I have aversions to bones (so nothing with a bone in it) and I hate the texture of fat.
What kind should I buy and how should I cook it? Thanks in advance!
