Request - Mimic for Pei-Wei's Honey Seared Flavor

Had this for lunch today, and I'm a big fan - especially the honey seared broccoli. I'd love to use our new wok for it too!

Also open to all your best honey seared, teriyaki, and sweet & sour wok recipes, as long as they're vegetarian-friendly!
