I've never had a restricted diet, but my mother was a vegetarian. She's a wonderful cook and a great sport and cooked meat for all of us all the time, but since she ate the vegetables they never had any animal products in them at all. I was wondering if anyone had some good vegetable recipes that aren't vegetarian; I don't eat as much as I should and I'd like any help I could get making them a bit more tasty. Much obliged!
