Shrimp Fettuccine
Ingredients:
⦁ 3 onions, chopped
⦁ 1 bellpepper, chopped
⦁ 3 stalks celery, chopped
⦁ 3 cloves garlic, chopped
⦁ 3 sticks butter
⦁ 3 pounds shrimp, peeled, deveined, and seasoned
⦁ 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
⦁ 1 pound velveeta cheese, soft, cubed
⦁ 1 pint half and half
⦁ 16 ounces fettuccine noodles cooked and drained
Steps
- In a large pot, saute the onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic in melted butter until wilted.
- Add shrimp, and cook until the shrimp are pink.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add cheese and half and half. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add noodles and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into a 13x9 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
