My CSA-type thing gave me a huge bunch of spring onions. The kind with the wide tops and bulb bottoms. Originally when I saw I was getting them I thought they were the skinny kind like you'd put on a loaded baked potato, but they are not and I am at a loss as to what to do with them.
What would be a good way to use them up before they go bad (which I'm sure they'll do very soon)?
