I don't know if I'm posting in the right place but I thought I would give it a shot. In elementary school, a looooooong time ago, they served a meal that I have been desperate to find the recipe for. It was shredded chicken, maybe turkey, sitting on top of white rice. The meat was creamy and it wasn't mixed with the rice, it was served on top. I have been trying to look it up but I can't find a recipe for it anywhere.
Any help would be great appreciated!
