Chocolate Dome

Ingredients

• 80g chocolate

• 1 balloon

• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

• 3 oreo cookies, crushed

• strawberries, chopped

• 40g white chocolate

• 10g milk

Let's get Cooking...

• Thoroughly wash and dry the balloon. Fill it up with air.

• Melt the chocolate in a bowl and dip the balloon to coat.

• Stand the chocolate-covered balloon in a cup to let it harden.

• Pop the balloon to release the air and carefully peel off from the chocolate.

• Place crushed oreos, vanilla ice cream and strawberries on a plate. Cover with the chocolate dome.

  • Melt the milk with white chocolate. Just before serving, pour over the chocolate dome.
