Skinny Cinnamon Horchata Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups rice milk

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt

Let's get Cooking...

  • Whisk together the rice milk, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, dividing evenly.

  • Insert popsicle sticks after one hour of freezing, and then freeze for another 4-6 hours, until solid
