Ingredients
*Lentils
*Onion
*Green Pepper
*Letucce
*Curry, salt and pepper
*Pico de Gallo
*Olive Oil
Directions
- Cut and cook the onion
- Add lentils and spices and let them cook for a minute
- Add water to cover it and let them cook until they are soft
- Grab your Taco and fill it with all the ingredients!
