Baby Back Ribs w/K POP Sauce
Instructions:

Preheat to 275F

Dry rub ribs with the following in equal proportions (or 1 TBSP each): pepper, garlic salt, chili powder, onion powder

Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 min

Generously brush on K POP Sauce, put on baking tray, and cover with foil
-
Place in oven and bake for 90 minutes
-
Let cool for 10 minutes before lathering with more K POP sauce

What is K POP sauce?
K POP sauce, a gochujang-based chili sauce inspired by a family recipe, started out as an idea between two UCLA students that has now evolved into a real company with a fully-funded Kickstarter!
Once we graduate in June, we hope to spread the word about the joy and celebration of Korean cuisine through K POP Sauce.
