The words tan fresco translate literally in Spanish to "so cool" :)
What You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups filtered water
- 2-3 oz of gin
- 2 teaspoons of matcha green tea powder
- Cucumber, 10 or more thin slices
- Mint leaves, small handful
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In two cocktail glasses, muddle together the cucumber slices and a small handful of mint leaves with a wooden spoon.
- Fill the rest of the glasses with ice cubes
- In a cocktail shaker (or a large Mason jar with a lid), vigorously shake together the water, gin, matcha, your choice of sweetener and an ice cube until there are no clumps. (note: we made ours with approx. 1/2 oz. of organic cane syrup).
- Pour the shaker's contents in to the cocktail glasses and garnish with a mint leaf.

Note: This recipe is highly modifiable to your preferences for flavor and alcohol content, so don't hesitate to experiment with more/less of any ingredient, or swap out gin for vodka, etc. Oh, and drink responsibly!
