Ajvar (wikipedia article in post)

Ingredients

  • 15kg bell peppers (red ones mostly used)
  • 3kg eggplant
  • 6 garlic bulbs
  • 2l oil
  • 2 coffee cups of vinegar acid

Directions

  • Cook the peppers a little
  • Grind the peppers
  • Add garlic, acid, and oil
  • Stew until it coagulates
