Ingredients
- 15kg bell peppers (red ones mostly used)
- 3kg eggplant
- 6 garlic bulbs
- 2l oil
- 2 coffee cups of vinegar acid
Directions
- Cook the peppers a little
- Grind the peppers
- Add garlic, acid, and oil
- Stew until it coagulates
