Refreshing, healthy and easy spring salad
Ingredients
DRESSING 1 tablespoon of feta cheese 60 ml of olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ¼ tablespoons of black pepper ¼ tablespoons of onion powder garlic in granules salt SALAD 1 cup (250 ml) of lettuce 1 green apple, cleaned and chopped 2 tablespoons of candied cranberry 2 tablespoons of raisins 100 g of white cheddar cheese 60 g of roasted nuts
Directions
1. Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix everything. You can put them in a glass jar, close and shake it until the dressing becomes fully united. 2. Serve the salad, apples, blueberries, grapes, walnuts and shredded cheddar on two large plates and pour the prepared dressing for the salad.
