Refreshing and easy cocktail perfect for summer days...
1 tsp frozen ginger (trust me it makes a difference)
1 tbsp sugar syrup
few mint leaves
50ml Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
50ml Bacardi White Rum
150ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Mint Sprig (optional)
Muddle the ginger, syrup and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, vodka, rum and apple juice. Shake until a frost forms. Pour over crushed ice and serve with a mint sprig.
