I just love the idea of making homemade fortune cookies! What I like more? The idea of making some of those fortunes a little ominous haha - people react so funny when they get a MISfortune cookie, as opposed to a fortune cookie. It makes for a tasty and funny prank on friends.
Ingredients are pretty simple for this one:
4 large egg whites, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup all purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon salt, 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted, 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 9 oz dark chocolate, 2 oz peanut butter chips,
