When I was young, my mum and I used to make this incredibly delicious baked cheesecake. I remember using 6 or 8 bars of cream cheese, both lemon and orange zest, it didn't bake for long, but had to stay in the fridge overnight (I remember because my dad would always eat so much of it for breakfast before I woke up and it drove me mad!). I have a feeling it's a Betty Crocker recipe, but I haven't been able to find it.
Any help or guidance to a similar recipe would be much appreciated :)
