Korean Spicy Rice Cake

Ingredients: 2 cups of rice cake 2 pieces of fish cake 1/4 cup sliced onion 1/3 cup of korean red pepper paste (gochujang) 1 tbsp of granulated sugar Green Onions (optional)

Methods: 1. Slice green onions, onions and fish cakes into bite size pieces 2. Prepare broth by boiling kelp pieces in water 3. Add rice cakes to broth, then remove dried kelp 4. Add in korean red pepper paste and sugar to broth to flavor 5. Add in sliced toppings 6. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes or until sauce has reduced
