- Crust
- 9 to 10 Graham Crackers (blended into crumbs)
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Melted Butter
- Filling
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 8 oz Whipped Topping
- Cherry Topping
- 2- 21oz Cans of Cherry Fruit Topping
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- Instructions
- Blend the graham crackers into a fine powder with either a blender or a food processor.
- Place the graham cracker crumbs into a bowl.
- Stir in the melted butter and sugar, combine until the cracker crumbs look like wet sand.
- Press the crumbs into an 8X13 or a 9X13 pan. Spread them evenly.
- Refrigerate the pan for 5 to 10 minutes to harden the crust.
- While the crust is in the fridge prepare the filling and topping.
- Cream together room temperature cream cheese, whipped topping, and sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl add canned cherry topping and sugar. Mix well.
- Once the crust is done chilling, take it out of the refrigerator and layer the dessert.
- First spread the filling evenly on top of the crust and then the cherry topping on the filling.
- Chill for about 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into square and serve. This will serve 15 to 20 people.
