Back in the 1990's, my family ADORED a meal at TGI Fridays called Parmesan Crusted Chicken. They removed the dish forever ago and they have since had a couple other meals that shared the same name, but the meal is entirely different.
So, I need your help. I need to find a recipe for the 1990s version. The dish had fried chicken over some spiral pasta noodles. It was in a brown sauce of some kind with sautéed vegetables.
