Ingredients:
• 1 huge dish of washed and cleaved spinach • 1 huge tomato , diced • 1 huge onion , finely cleaved • salt to taste • red crisp powder 1 tsp • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp • coriander powder 1 tsp • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp • asafetida (hing) 1 squeeze • Oil 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Method:
- Warmth oil in a container . Include asafoetida zest and cumin seeds.
- Include onions and sautee until translucent.
- Include the cleaved spinach and tomatoes and blend well.
- Do all seasonings – cover and cook until the spinach and tomatoes are delicate and curry leaves oil as an afterthought. Blend everything so often to anticipate adhering to the container.
