I'm trying to put on weight, and I'd like to hit a 1000 calories at breakfast. I'm at around 850 right now. I just need something quick to eat that goes with breakfast. Here's what I'm already eating:
eggs, turkey sausage, bagel with cream cheese, toast with jelly, greek yogurt with nuts and fruit, donut, glass of milk, glass of oj, hashbrowns.
Is there anything else, preferably not something bread derived, that I can eat that I don't need to take time to cook?
