So I followed this recipe I found on reddit earlier, but my dough has no elasticity, it doesn't stretch or feel like it should. Can someone help me figure out what I did wrong?
Thin Crust Pizza Dough (Makes one large pizza) - 3/4 cup warm water - 3/4 tsp yeast - 1 1/8th tsp salt - 1 1/2 cups 2 TBS flour
Mix water, yeast and salt. Dump in flour and stir until incorporated. Contain dough and let rise (I use a tupperware container with a ventilated lid, but you can use a bowl and just cover it well) in a warm place for 2 hours. Chill afterwards for up to 24 hours, but can be used immediately after rising (I don't chill it at all). Dust surface of dough and pull out of container and onto a floured surface. Let rest 40 - 60 minutes on counter.
