I don't quit remember where I learned this recipe but trust me you'll like it. You need
*500gr Chicken Breast
*500ml Chicken Broth
*3-4 garlic cloves
*A thumb sized bit of fresh ginger, dried ginger works too
*fresh chilis according to taste
*A small red onion
*2 tbsp Honey
*2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
*1 tbsp Tomato paste
*1 cup of your favorite rice
Preparation; Dice the vegetables, slice the chicken to strips, heat up a Pan with some oil. Add the chicken strips first, fry until almost golden, add the onions and fry some more. When the chicken strips and onions are done add the garlic, ginger, honey, ketchup, tomato paste and chilis. Now put in the chicken broth, turn the heat down to low and let the whole thing simmer until the broth has reduced to a sauce like consistency. Serve with your favorite kind of rice
