Due to a bunch of factors I can't have dairy, red meat, lots of sugar (around 10g a day at most), fish, tomato sauce and starch (like rice and potatoes). I'm mostly eating plain ass sandwiches with either pork, chicken, or pork or a pasta with one of those meats. I'm really getting sick of eating the exact same thing almost everyday and need help thinking of foods/meals that I could eat that have lots of calories and are overall nutritious. I would GREATLY appreciate any help anyone could give me, any recommendations would be awesome. Thank you for reading.
