Vidalia Onion Barbecue Sauce - Recipe

Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp Salt

3 tsp Worcestershire sauce

6 tbsp Sugar

2 small Bottles Catsup

1/4 lb Butter

1 cup Cider vinegar

1/4 cup Vinegar

4 tbsp Prepared mustard

1 large Vidalia Onion, chopped fine

1 tsp Black pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and simmer for l0-15 minutes.

The sweet taste of the Vidalia onion with the vinegar complements any of your favorite barbecue meats.
