I am of legal drinking age but I don't drink, therefore I have zero knowledge whatsoever about alcohol.
I want to try a copy cat recipe for the steak marinate from Outback Steakhouse, and all the recipes I find online call for ale.
Is there some kind of plain ale or cooking ale that would be best or would any ale do? That probably sounds so dumb of me but I really have no knowledge on the subject.
