Meringue Cookies

Meringue Cookies

2 egg whites

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cream of tartar

Beat to stiff peaks.

Mix in 3/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.

Fold in 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper cookie sheet.

Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
