Fluffy chocolate cake recipe

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 tablet (200g) of dark chocolate
• 200g of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of flour
• 100g of salty butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Crack open the eggs, put the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.

  2. Mix with the yolks the sugar and flour

  3. Melt the chocolate with a touch of milk, after that melt the butter and add it to the chocolate. Make sure to obtain something smooth.

  4. Mix the chocolate sauce with the yolk, sugar and flour until even.

  5. Whisk the egg whites until firm and snowy, then carefully incorporate them with the rest of the batter.

  6. Once the batter is light and homogenous you can pour it in a well buttered pie tin. Then cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
