So I'm going to be cooking a pheasant breast specifically for the purpose of making a sandwich. I've only ever cooked it by frying it in little nuggets, which I don't think will work well for this. I searched around a bit, but didn't really find anything that I was looking for (didn't really specify how the pheasant was cooked/spiced, mostly pheasant salad sandwiches). Any ideas? To clarify, I'm not looking for a sandwitch recipie, but just some way of cooking pheasant that would taste good in a sandwitch. Thanks a bunch!
