I am looking to learn to make my own Dubbel Zout, but I have no idea where to start. I would prefer one that uses the ammonium chloride if at all possible, or at least one that tastes similar.
As well if anyone has a similar recipe for a salted red "licorice" candy that would be the icing on cake.
