Swordfish in bread crust.

Ingredients for 2 people

2 slices of swordfish from about 0.5 – 0.8 inch each 5/6 teaspoons of cream for cooking "double cream" (25 gr.) 1 cup of breadcrumbs (200 gr.) 2 potatoes 4/6 green olives 4/6 capers preserved in salt 6/8 tablespoons of Castelmagno Dop Cheese (50/60 gr.) 1/2 tablespoons of Extra virgin Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take the slices of swordfish. Spread on both sides of each slice the cream for cooking with a teaspoon. 2.Put the swordfish slices into the bread crumbs to form a crust. 3.Prepare a baking sheet by placing the greaseproof paper, then put the two slices of swordfish in the centre.. 4.Spread a strip of potato slices all around and sprinkle over it the Castelmagno cheese. 5.Drip a teaaspoon of extra virgin olive oil per slice by dripping the oil like a thread. 6.Bake it in oven at 180 ° preheated, maintaining at constant temperature for 20 minutes.
