Healthy Low Carb, High Protein Pizza Crust Recipe

This pizza crust will be the best tasting home made crust you have ever had. The best thing? It is low carb and high protein so it will fit perfectly in your diet! Even if you're not doing a low-carb or Paleo diet you can still enjoy this delicious recipe! Prep time : 30 to 45 minutes

You will need the following products for this recipe:

6 Eggs 4 Ounces of shredded Parmesan Cheese 6 Ounces Cream Cheese Minced Garlic You preferred herbs. (we recommend Italian Mix) Little bit of Salt and Pepper. Cooking Instructions

Start with preheating the over to about 330 to 350 degrees.

In the meantime get the cream cheese out of the fridge. Once the cream cheese has reached room temperature you can get started!

First you put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl together with the eggs and seasoning of choice. Make sure to spray your baking pan with non-stick cooking spray else it will stick and you will not be able to get it off in one piece.

Now spread out the parmesan cheese over the bottom of the pan, you can poor the mixture which is inside the bowl slowly in the pan. Now bake for around 20 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.

You can now decorate your low carb pizza with your favorite ingredients. To increase the protein content you could for instance add some sliced chicken breast or tuna. Once you have finished decorating the pizza place it back in the over and back for another 10 minutes until done. Now it's time to enjoy your delicious low-carb pizza!
