My Stepfather recently underwent major surgery that went a little wong, in short; they say he is unable to eat solid food. Like ever.
Needless to say, he's pretty depressed about it. He gave away all these steaks he was saving up for when he gets better because he'll never be able to eat them. He just eats the same tins of chicken soup every day now.
Anyway, to the point. As a late fathers day present, I thought I bring him a nice meal. Something tasty so that he can be excited by the idea of eating something again. The thing is, it has to be COMPLETELY DEVOID of any lumps whatever otherwise he'll choke.
Aa many dinner recipes as you have would be nice. It'd be great if i can keep bringing him stuff.
He's my stepdad and I love him. It breaks my heart to see him so defeated. Please help.
