Im 24 years old and have been cooking my whole life for my self but only basic shit. Everyone I cook for compliments my food all the time but I feel like with the skill set I have in the kitchen I could do more. Im looking for some fairly basic but good sauces I could make for steak, fish, or chicken. Really just any good sauce you guys know of I would like to know.
