Hallo! I tried posting this on /r/food but it got removed.
I'm on a very low budget this month because I had to pay some debts. Today is our 1 year anniversary and I would like to impress her with a nice homemade vegetarian diner. My budget is around €10 (around 12USD) for the diner. Any ideas?
