Hey guys, I'm a Kentuckian, and I love beer cheese. The last couple weeks, I started making my own. I'm starting to create the taste I want, but I'm having one small problem.... The beer cheese doesn't stay creamy after refrigerated. Anyone have a remedy for this? When you buy beer cheese from the store, it is not only smooth, but also soft and sweaty. I'm not sure if adding more beer would help, or if I need to add cream or milk or something else to my recipe. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated!
