Leftover scrambles eggs ideas?

I made some scrambled eggs with sausage and potatoes for dinner, and I have some leftover for lunch tomorrow. I'm thinking of bringing a couple pieces of sourdough bread to work and spreading the leftovers on them and throwing them in the toaster oven. Will that work or is it going to make the eggs tough or anything? What temperature should the oven be?

Or, does anyone have a better idea to use these leftovers?
