- 2 tbsp. Sesame seeds marinated in hot brine (made with water and lots of salt or garlic salt)
- 1 13 oz can of full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 oz red curry paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup of coconut sugar
Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes
Keeps for a week.
